On Memorial Day we will have one workout for everyone at 10:00 am. As per tradition, we will be completing “Memorial Day Murph”. The following outlines the workout and the hero for which it’s named:

 

Community Workout

Our next free Community Workout will be Saturday, June 2 at 10:00 am. Slots are already filling up, and we’ve had to close registration due to numbers the past 5 months, so get your name in ASAP! Remember, this workout is free to anyone who wants to learn more about CrossFit or CrossFit Boot Camps, and current members should only plan to attend if they bring a guest. Participation allows you to take our Elements classes (a prerequisite for CrossFit and $150 value) or two weeks of Boot Camp for free.
