At Centerville Crossfit, we tailor your experience to jive with the kind of lifestyle you want to lead, and support you all the way. From routines, to nutrition, to encouragement and cheerleading, CCF’s staff, with over a decade of experience, are an invaluable tool to help you stay on course for the best health of your life. Kids Program

Centerville CrossFit's Kids Program is thoughtfully crafted to introduce children to the world of fitness while cultivating balance, strength, agility, and resilience – key attributes that extend beyond our program to benefit various sports. 

The program comprises two levels: 

- Foundations: In Foundations, kids focus on fundamental movements, fostering body awareness, proper form, strength, and coordination.

Foundations: Tues- Fri at 5:30pm, Sat at 9:30am.

- The Level 1 class builds on these basics, introducing explosive and complex movements to challenge and enhance their skills. 

Level 1: Tues- Fri at 4:30pm, Sat at 8am.
 

**Intial and quarterly assessments ensure measurable progress, determining the optimal time for each child to progress to the next level. Email us to schedule an assessment.

Masters Program

​Unlock the benefits of fitness tailored for the 65 and over community with Centerville CrossFit's Masters Program. Our specifically designed workouts cater to the unique needs of older individuals, promoting strength, independence, and an active lifestyle. Embrace functional movements that make your daily activities easier, and challenge your body to stay active for longer. 
Sign up for a tree trail and join our welcoming community at 7 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. 

Elements Program

For individuals who are new to crossfit. We offer individual personalized sessions with a CCF coach or a 6 week group class,  both covering foundational CrossFit movements, including Olympic lifting. Individual sessions are always open enrollment. Contact us to schedule or find out when the next 6 week group class begins. 

All Levels Program

The All Levels workouts at Centerville CrossFit are designed to be constantly varied and include functional movements, meaning they mimic activities performed in daily life. The program is adaptable to different fitness levels, making it suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike.Our schedule accommodates various time preferences, offering classes from 5 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays, along with additional weekend class times.

Specialty Classes

We are home to Training Nation Sports Performance who offers cash based physical therapy sessions and workshops for your old shoulder injury or perfecting your squat, pain free. We are also home to Born Active Training, who offers personal training, and small group classes specifically for pregnant, postpartum, and menopausal women, including pairing pelvic floor work with exercise.

Nutrition

Work with our expert coaches to change your eating habits, hit your macros and then track your progress on our In-Body 570.
