Centerville CrossFit's Kids Program is thoughtfully crafted to introduce children to the world of fitness while cultivating balance, strength, agility, and resilience – key attributes that extend beyond our program to benefit various sports. The program comprises two levels: Foundations and Level 1. In Foundations, kids focus on fundamental movements like hinging, pushing, pulling, and pressing, fostering body awareness, proper form, strength, and coordination.
Access a one-on-one session or organize personal training for you and one or two close friends. Personal Training is an excellent way for beginners to learn the requirements of exercise, or for the experienced gym- goers to take their fitness to the next level.
