All Levels Program
The All Levels workouts at Centerville CrossFit are designed to be constantly varied and include functional movements, meaning they mimic activities performed in daily life. The program is adaptable to different fitness levels, making it suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike.Our schedule accommodates various time preferences, offering classes from 5am till 6:30 pm on M,T,W, and till 5:30pm on TH &F , along with 8am and 9:30am Sat & 10am Sunday.
Masters Program

Our specifically designed workouts cater to the unique needs of older individuals, promoting strength, independence, and an active lifestyle. Embrace functional movements that make your daily activities easier, and challenge your body to stay active for longer.
Sign up for a tree trail and join our welcoming community at 7 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Level 1 Hybrid Class
Our Level 1 Class is the perfect balance between a beginner-friendly introduction and the energy of our all-levels programming. Held at 6:30pm Mon, Tues, Wed, and 5:30pm on Fri. For both our regular athletes & beginners, this class offers a smaller group size and extra one-on-one coaching so you can move with confidence and progress at your own pace.
Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit, returning after time away, or simply prefer a slower-paced, highly coached environment, this class is built for you. You’ll get all the benefits of our daily programming—strength training, conditioning, and skill development—with more individualized attention to technique and scaling.

Differently Abled
A supportive and inclusive 60-minute class combining CrossFit principles with adaptive exercise. Designed for individuals who are differently abled, this session focuses on building strength, confidence, mobility, and community through customized movements and accessible coaching. All abilities welcome.
