MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTION

Unlimited Membership – Full access to all classes, Open Gym, InBody composition scans, and accessory programming.

Student/College Membership-Same access as unlimited membership but with students in mind.

Level 1 – Hybrid Class for new athletes building a foundation of movement, strength, and confidence. (M/T/W at 6:30pm, Fri at 5:30pm & Sat Classes)

Masters Membership (65+) – Expert coaching tailored to the needs of the active masters population. Keeping you moving and healthy for life. ( T/TH/F at 7am)

Differently-Abled Membership – Inclusive, adaptive programming for all ability levels. ( Sat/Sun, 11am)

Covenant Athletics – A sports-focused strength and agility program for 4th–8th grade athletes, blending physical training built with lessons from local legends to build both mental and physical confidence. Designed to help kids move better, perform better, and grow stronger on and off the field. (M/W/TH, 4:30pm)

10-Class Punch Card – Flexible option for athletes who need a less frequent schedule.
