Program Description
Centerville CrossFit's Kids Program is thoughtfully crafted to introduce children to the world of fitness while cultivating balance, strength, agility, and resilience – key attributes that extend beyond our program to benefit various sports.
The program comprises two levels:
- Foundations: In Foundations, kids focus on fundamental movements, fostering body awareness, proper form, strength, and coordination. Foundations: Tues- Fri at 5:30pm, Sat at 9:30am.
- Level 1: class builds on these basics, introducing explosive and complex movements to challenge and enhance their skills. Level 1: Tues- Fri at 4:30pm, Sat at 8am.
***Initial and quarterly assessments ensure measurable progress, determining the optimal time for each child to progress to the next level. Contact us to schedule an assessment.
